Today, she is a Consultant, a trainer and has been a NEBOSH examiner. Her real interest lies in human factors because she believes people can be an organisation's greatest asset - but also their greatest challenge. She is also fascinated by the meticulous detail of health and safety law and is an unashamed safety nerd.
Based in Newcastle, Zoe leads the RRC North East team which she combines with looking after her two children and training for her passion for triathlon, having completed her first ironman distance event in 2015.
With nearly 20 years' experience working in Environmental Management, John is an experienced environmental tutor. A regular course writer for RRC, John enjoys the diversity of Environmental Management because it covers many different disciplines and requires a knowledge of science, policy and legislation (which is sometimes quite complex). He takes a real satisfaction from helping students achieve qualifications, improve their work prospects and increase their confidence.
In his spare time, John is a keen road cyclist and enjoys watching football and rugby.
